An Unwanted Vacation (RP)

Amber: *blushes* You think...what...it's not like that! *turns away* Honestly! Why would I be worried about that jerk!? *looks back* It's what he's going to do that has me worried.

Bertha: *Raises her eyebrow.* And what exactly are you worried about him doing?

*Jacob.*

Jacob: *His golem has sustained some damage. Some of the scrap is scattered all over the place.* Fools....you've provided me with ammo of my own.

Soldiers: Quickly! Reload and-

Jacob: *Lifts the scrap up with his mind and tosses them at the soldiers.* I may lose a hand or two, but that won't stop me. I suggest you run and never look back. If you're still alive, that is.

The soldiers that survived the attack are left cowering. They flee without another word.

Jacob: *Rebuilds his golem's hands telepathically.* Not as strong as it was before, but it'll have to do. This thing will be disposable anyway, once I reach the HQ.

Amber: I don't know...unnecessary damage to the DRM or something? I just have a bad feeling is all.

Bertha: Hmmmm.....well, I doubt he would damage the DRM, unless he tries to reconfigure it himself and screws up. But with Edgar's entire army there, I don't think he'll get that far on his own.

Curien: We'll need Kiln for that. *Approaches them.* It looks like we'll need to organize our army fast. According to Gerald's scouts, there was a commotion in one of Edgar's bases.

*Jacob.*

Jacob: *Finally spots the HQ.* There it is. Just a little more and I can leave this disgusting dimension. To blazes with everyone else here.

*Several cars suddenly surround him.*

Jacob: !! How did I not foresee this...?

Edgar: *On the largest car.* Well, well. Look what we have here. A lone wolf. *Suddenly yells.* YOU THINK ITS FUNNY TO DESTROY ONE OF MY PRECIOUS BASES?! HUH?! OPEN FIRE! *A large cannon emerges from the top of the car.*

Jacob: *Goes to destroy the car, but the other cars stun him with rockets. The cannon fires a salvo of missles that destroys the golem. Jacob falls onto the ground, dazed.*

Amber: ?! Was that explosions I just heard?

Bertha: Oh shit....

Curien: Looks like the fight will have to commence sooner than later. Bertha, let's get everyone together!

Bertha: Yessir!

*Jacob.*

Jacob: You pieces of trash.... *Quickly gets up.* I'll end your pathetic lives here and now! *HE lifts Edgar up, but one of the soldiers hits his neck with a tranquilizer dart. Overtime, he is unable to keep his telekinesis up and blacks out.*

Edgar: *Left panting. He adjusts his suit and kicks Jacob's face.* Up yours, pretty boy! Take him to my mansion and get everything ready! I'm sure the Rebels have noticed this boy's disappearance by now.

Amber: ...hey where's Bianca?

Bianca: Here. *is walking up to them* I couldn't sleep with all that racket.

Amber: Let's go on ahead.

Bianca: Yeah.

Dimas: *Snoozing away.*

Kiln: *Has just climbed up to him.* Phew...hey, kid. Time to wake up. *Pats him.*

Dimas: ? *Wakes up.* Hey, you're that weird guy my mom-

Kiln: Yeah, yeah. I know. Listen to me, kid. Your..."mom" will need your help.

Dimas: !

Kiln: Don't get so excited. You're going to have to come with me, not your mom. Do you understand?

Dimas: I....think so....but-

Kiln: No buts, kid. This is urgent.

Dimas: What about my dad...?

Kiln:....You'll see him soon enough. Now come on.

They both climb down the trees and leave the village.

The two girls go on and head for the source of the explosions.

In Edgar's mansion....

Edgar: *Has strapped Jacob into a circular machine.* You little shit...I was hoping I would capture those girls, but you'll have to do.

Jacob: ....

Edgar: Don't you ignore me, damn it!! *Lands a solid punch on Jacob.* I'll be sure to enjoy dissecting you, PERSONALLY. I haven't gotten into taxidermy, but there is always a first time for everything. But first, a little shock treatment is in order. *Heads over to a terminal.* I'll make you squeal in pain before finishing you off.

Jacob:....*The machine suddenly shocks him. He grunts in mild pain. His cyan eyes shift back to yellow.* !! (Wh....where the hell am I?)

Amber: *is running* ...

Bianca: What's on your mind?

Amber: ...

Edgar: HEY! Are you even acknowledging the fact that you are getting ELECTRICUTED!?

Jacob: (Hira....you miserable buffoon....you just had to get me captured.)

Edgar: I invested a lot to make that machine! Are you even listening?! Screw this!! *Shocks Jacob again.*

Jacob: AGH! Bastard....this...is....nothing....I've had a lot worse...

Edgar: Oh really? Heheheh...you think you're tough, huh? *Sets the voltage even higher.* LEt's see you handle THIS!!

Jacob: *Yells out as his whole body convulses. Parts of his body are now getting electrical burns.*

The girls eventually arrive at the battle site where Jacob and Edgar's men had fought.

Amber: ...looks like Jacob made a mess of things.

Bianca: But where is he?

Jacob: *His body convulses until he suddenly pukes.* Urrrrrrrk....

Edgar: *Stops the machine and punches Jacob.* Now you're going to dirty the floor with your filth?!

Jacob: You can hurt me all you want....because when the rebels get here, you'll regret capturing me...*Grabbed by one of Edgar's soldiers.*

Edgar: Take him to the cells! Also, clean this mess up!

Jacob gets dragged away.

Amber: Guess Edgar's goons got the better of him.

Bianca: *looks over the the trees and sees a big mansion* Five bucks says that's Edgar's big, fancy mansion.

Amber: Yeah...let's go. *they run for the mansion*

Jacob: *Tossed into a cell.*

Soldier: Don't worry about being lonely, now. You have all the company you need.

Jacob: *Looks around the cell. He sees a couple of rats and a badly decomposed corpse.*

Soldier: Sleep well now! *Slams the door.*

Amber: ...

Bianca: Amber you have something on your mind. What is it?

Amber: It's about Jacob. He told about this other half of his that he has.

Bianca: Oh?

Amber: Yeah. I have a feeling that's who went in charging to Edgar's base.

Bianca: I see...

Jacob: *Looks at his electrical burns.* Damn, I can barely move....damn it, Hira....

Hira: You are lucky that manchild took me out of commission. Fortunately, it looks like both of us will need to recover. Enjoy your misery while it lasts, because the moment I take over and I'm still in this dimension, I'll have my revenge on that vixen.

*Why is it that Jacob is starting to feel more like Amber/Ruby?*

The two girls continue to make their way towards the mansion.

*Role reversal? I'll make sure to portray Jacob a little differently so that he isn't completely the same. I already have something planned for much later.*

Jacob: *Sits up against the wall.* Some journey this has been...

Amber: We must be getting close. Keep your eyes peeled for any solders.

Bianca: Right.

They spot several small tanks patrolling the area. They are unmanned.

Amber: Hmm...

Bianca: So what's the plan?

Amber: Shall we try the usual?

Bianca: You mean run forward and blow up everything in site?

Amber: Yeah.

Bianca: *smirks* Now why would you suggest otherwise?

Amber: *nods before charging twin orbs of energy in her hands and flinging them up high into the air*

The unmanned tanks blink red and sound an alarm upon noticing the energy orbs.

Amber: Well that got their attention. *flings her hands forward, which cause the orbs to fly forward and make contact with the tanks destroying them*
