Springs: Reeee....*Backs away.*

Curien: Best of luck.

Jacob: !! W-wait, I need to ask you something before you go.

Bianca: What now?

Jacob: If you come across anyone affiliated with Edgar, interrogate them about the DRM and who was involved.

Curien: You really think there was someone else involved?

Jacob: Yeah. This new guy behind Seth's death only supports it. He even mentioned Edgar in the note. Would you do that, Bianca?

Bianca: Yeah, though I doubt we'll get answers. *runs and dives into the water*

Jacob: ....Curien, get me to Kennebec.

Curien: What? Why?

Jacob: I can't just sit here and do nothing. Besides, I want to take a look at the "superior" equipment you mentioned. I didn't mention that club I was in back home just to look good.

Springs: Reeee! *Lowers himself slightly.*

Jacob: *Gets on Springs' back.*

Curien: Not a bad idea that...but after you rest a bit.

Boy: What about me...?

Curien: Not to worry. Once I escort Jacob to Kennebec, I'll call someone that can take you to my village, where its safe. Let's go, everyone.

Curien escorts Jacob to Kennebec.

Curien: *Takes out a small radio and speaks to it.* Bertha?

Bertha: ! Sir!

Curien: I need you to send a soldier to Kennebec to pick up a lone boy. Long story short, most of Kennebec has been destroyed and Seth has been murdered.

Bertha: They had it coming....but damn....all right, I'll send someone. ETA, fifty minutes.

Curien: Good. Talk to you later.

Jacob: I'll go on ahead to find a place to rest. Hopefully it won't be a total wreck.

Twenty minutes of being underwater and Amber still found no sign of any lights. As such she thinks about going to the surface when a small light source suddenly gleamed.

Amber: That must be it. *starts swimming for it*

Bianca: Hey wait up! *she manages to catch up to Amber*

Amber: Didn't I say I would go alone?

Bianca: Since when did you become leader?

Amber: ...*chuckles* Good point. *the two swim towards the light source*

Jacob: *Has found a slightly damaged hotel.* Gotta hand it to these poor folks, they sure knew how to live...

Springs: Reeeee!! *Jumps onto a large sofa at the lobby and falls asleep.*

Jacob: *Shakes his head and chuckles. He opens the door of a nearby room and collapses onto the bed.*......zzzzzzzzz....

The two girls finally reach the source of the light. They find that the light came from an underground triangle-like base.

Amber: That must be it.

Bianca: Let's find the entrance.

Amber: Yeah. *they swim down*

The lights flicker on and off.

Amber: Odd. The place acts like it's abandoned.

Bianca: Looks abandoned too.

Amber: Let's hurry up and find the entrance. I don't have much air left.

They find a small circular entrance that's opened slightly. The light bulbs around it are also flickering.

The girls enter the circular entrance and finally surface.

Amber: Ugh...what's with the smell?

Bianca: I don't know. *covers her nose* But it smells like rotten flesh that's for sure.

Upon climbing out of the water, they are greeted by a trail of dry blood.

Amber: *kneels down and examines the dry blood* Someone's been here, or at least was here.

Bianca: Question is...who?

Amber: Don't know, but this place gives me a bad feeling.

Bianca: Yeah...be on your guard.

Amber: Don't have to tell me twice.

The two girls then start making their way down the hallway.

As they walk through the hallway, they notice windows on the walls. Behind them are badly decomposed bodies strapped onto beds. Their chests have been cut open.

Amber: Well at least we found the source of the smell. Ugh this is so sick and wrong.

Bianca: Looks like they've been here for years.

Amber: ...let's move on.

Bianca: Yeah.

They both walk on.

After they have passed through the hallway, they hear a low growl and clanking.

Bianca: Looks like we found something alive down here.

Amber: Yeah...but what?

Bianca: How should I know? Just keep an eye out for anything moving.

The growling grows louder. Something starts to bang against a large, rusty door near the girls.

Amber: *creates a cocoon of energy around her right hand* Looks like we found it.

Bianca: *forms her energy claws on both hands* Let's do this.

The rusty door breaks down. Something walks out of the darkness...it's a woman with sickly green skin. Chains are stabbed into her wrists, ankles and shoulders. She is only wearing a small blue dress.

Amber: Uh...does this remind you of anything?

Bianca: How should I know?

Woman: Uuuurrrk....*Pores start opening across her body. They continue to open, until red flies suddenly rip out and fly towards the girls.*

Amber: *quickly creates a barrier that stops the flies from reaching them* Ugh...zombie flies?!

Bianca: They're more like parasites.

Amber: I don't care! They're disgusting and I want them dead! *she then sends out a pulse of electricity turning the barrier into a fly zapper*

Woman: *Slowly walks forward. Flies continue to rip out of her pores. One of the flies upchucks an acidic substance at the electric barrier.*
